Your email (for account/login), your check-in text and the reflections generated from it, and basic usage data (streaks, theme history) to power the app's core features.

Solely to provide the service — generating your reflections, tracking your patterns over time, and improving the product. We do not sell your data.

Your check-in text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your reflection. See Anthropic's own privacy policy for how they handle API data.

Your check-ins and reflections remain tied to your account until you delete them or your account.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Contact page).

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage; this does not include your private check-in content.
