Refund Policy.

At The Spiritual School, subscriptions to Spiritual School Plus are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and handles billing and taxes on our behalf.

New Plus subscribers receive a 7-day free trial on monthly and annual plans. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial, from your account settings, at no cost and with no charge ever applied.

We built this trial specifically so you can fully evaluate Plus before paying anything — which is why our policy on completed payments is straightforward:

Once your trial converts to a paid subscription, or once you complete a Lifetime purchase, that payment is final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly, annual, and one-time Lifetime purchases alike.

Cancelling a subscription stops all future billing immediately, but does not refund the period already paid for; you retain Plus access through the end of that period.

Where applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to a refund or withdrawal period regardless of this policy, that right will be honored. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you may have.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us at lakshay@thespiritualschool.com and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
